What we do?
Laptops of love (LOL) is a charitable organization that works hard to serve children with cancer or any disease that keeps them separated from their family and friends. We clean, recycle and reuse lap and desktop computers that come through your donations as well as various other methods.
When this takes place, a family with a child in a hospital, nursing home, or a physical rehabilitation center due to his/her disease, can request one of these laptops for free for as long as the child wants it. If It’s sent back to us, we will put it back into rotation to be setup again to give another child the chance for a laptop. The Direct Recycling of these laptops is on going and paramount for your child.
Once in your child’s hands, he or she can keep in contact with family and friends at any given moment via the Internet. We work to tailor the laptop or desktop to each child by placing a custom interface with that child in mind.(music,games, surfing, educational software, etc.)
We want to give children a chance to forget where they are for a bit and enjoy life with a smile. So we need those second hand laptops, desktop computers ,keyboards and mice you're currently not using.

We try to leave as little a footprint as we can environmentally. It’s also why we put as much as we do into one of our laptops. These children deserve the best and at the same time it saves our planet. Good thing right….
